How do I list a race as an organizer?+
Create an organizer account, complete your profile, then click “List your race.” You’ll be guided through event details, distances, and media uploads.
How do participants register for a race?+
Open the race page and click “Register.” Your registration will appear in your account dashboard.
Can I edit my event after publishing?+
Yes. Organizers can update event details, images, and race distances from the organizer dashboard.
What happens if an event is canceled?+
Organizers can mark events as canceled and notify participants. Refund policies will be available once payments are enabled.
Do you support team or group registrations?+
Not yet. We plan to add team registrations and club management in a later phase.
How does Durothon verify organizers?+
We review organizer profiles and event details. Verified organizers will receive a badge in their listing.
Can I export participant lists?+
Yes. Organizers will be able to download participant lists and check‑in files from the dashboard.
Is there a mobile app?+
The platform is mobile‑friendly today. A dedicated app is on the roadmap.
